SudokuWow Support

Need help with SudokuWow? The app’s How to Play page explains the rules, controls and difficulty levels.

Start or resume a game

Use New Game (the plus control) to choose Easy, Normal, Hard or Get Outta Here. Resume continues your saved unfinished game. Starting a new game while one is unfinished asks before discarding it. End Game also asks before discarding unfinished progress.

Enter and correct numbers

Select an empty square and choose a digit from 1 to 9. Printed starting numbers are fixed; your entries can be replaced or erased. A red conflict means a repeated digit in the row, column or box. Change or erase the conflicting entry. Each row, column and 3×3 box must contain 1–9 once.

Difficulty and help

Easy uses straightforward placements. Normal adds candidate reasoning, Hard uses more demanding patterns, and Get Outta Here uses longer deduction chains. The question-mark control opens How to Play, including the rules, difficulty descriptions and Support/Privacy links.

Saved progress and offline play

Puzzles are generated on your iPhone and the current game is saved locally. Playing does not require a SudokuWow account or network connection. The app does not provide cross-device game sync. Replacing or ending the game discards its progress; there is no in-app game-history Restore command.

Purchases

SudokuWow has no in-app purchase, subscription, Upgrade or purchase-Restore controls. App Store download or payment questions are handled by Apple using the Apple Account associated with the download.
